What you'll need

  • 1 cup Bhujialalji Chakna Mixture
  • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh curd (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Lemon wedges

How To Make

  • Start by adding the boiled potatoes, onions,
    and tomatoes to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the green chutney, tamarind chutney,
    and curd, then gently mix everything
    together.
  • Top it generously with Bhujialalji Chakna
    Mixture for that signature crunch.
  • Finish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of
    lemon juice. Serve immediately.
