MUMBAIYA BHEL CHAAT

A quick, chatpata bhel made using Mumbaiya Bhel mix, tossed with fresh veggies and chutneys, and finished with a crunchy layer of Bikaneri bhujia. Simple, fast, and seriously addictive.

What you'll need

  • 2 cups Bhujialalji Mumbaiya Bhel
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2–3 tbsp Bhujialalji Bikaneri Bhujia
  • 2 tbsp imli (tamarind) chutney
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • Fresh coriander (chopped)
  • Lemon juice

How To Make

  • Add Mumbaiya Bhel to a large mixing bowl. Since it already contains the base mix, you’re just building flavour on top.
  • Add onions, and tomatoes for freshness and texture.
  • Pour in green chutney and imli chutney, then gently toss everything together.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice to brighten it up.
  • Right before serving, add Bikaneri bhujia and mix lightly so it stays crunchy.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
