What you'll need
- 4 bread slices
- Butter (for spreading & toasting)
- 3-4 tbsp Bhujialalji Bikaneri Bhujia
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tbsp ketchup or imli chutney
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (for creaminess)
How To Make
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- On the inside, apply green chutney on one slice and ketchup or imli chutney on the other. Add a thin layer of mayonnaise if you want it slightly creamy.
- Now add a generous layer of Bikaneri bhujia don’t hold back, this is the main filling.
- Close the sandwich and toast it on a pan or sandwich maker until golden and crisp on both sides.
- Slice and serve hot while the outside is crispy and the inside stays crunchy.
PRO TIP
Add cheese if you want a melty version. Throw in sliced onions or tomatoes for extra freshness. Like it spicy? Add green chillies or extra chutney. For max crunch, add a little extra bhujia right before closing the sandwich.
