NAMKEEN CRUNCHY CHAAT

A loaded chaat made by mixing your favourite namkeen with fresh veggies and creamy dahi. Crunchy, tangy, spicy, and full of texture in every bite.


What you'll need

  • ½ cup Bhujialalji Aloo Bhujia
  • ¼ cup Bhujialalji Soya Crunch
  • ¼ cup Bhujialalji Khatta Meetha
  • ¼ cup Bhujialalji Chana Jor Garam
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Chilli flakes (as per taste)
  • 3-4 tbsp fresh curd (dahi)

How To Make

  • Add all the namkeen: aloo bhujia, soya crunch, khatta meetha, and chana jor garam into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumber for freshness and crunch.
  • Sprinkle a little salt and chilli flakes, then toss everything together lightly.
  • Top it off with a generous dollop of dahi and give it a gentle mix so it’s slightly creamy but still textured.
  • Serve immediately while everything is fresh and crunchy.

PRO TIP

Add green chutney or imli chutney for extra flavour. Squeeze some lemon juice if you like it tangy. For a fuller version, add boiled potatoes. Mix just before serving that’s what keeps the crunch intact
